We believe the whole school experience extends far beyond academics, so we offer students the opportunity to be involved in activities that enrich their school lives. Activities include an array of student clubs depending on student interests, fieldtrips and social get-togethers and more.
The Lighthouse strives to successfully address the social and emotional needs of each student. The faculty and administration work with students to develop self-regulation, life and social skills. At every opportunity, teachers encourage students to interact appropriately, advocate for themselves, and recognize social cues of others. Students are encouraged to use and practice their skills among peer relations and in social situations.
